The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) conducts the foundation, executive and final level examination in the month of June and December. Hence the CS foundation, executive and final examination holds two times in a year.

Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) will announce the results of CS Foundation (OMR Based) examination's results today i.e. January 21 at 4pm.

The CS Foundation examination was conducted on December 1 and 2, 2012.
The results will be available along with each candidate's subject wise break-up of marks.
