| 4 | Scrutiny and confirmation of application forms through three member committee at RBTE | 16 February 2013 |
| 5 | Display of PROVISIONAL list of eligible candidates as per inter se merit to whom scholarship is to be issued | 25th February 2013 |
| 6 | Reporting of Grievances, if any, from students, through Institute by respective RBTE to MSBTE | 3rd March 2013 |
| 7 | Display of FINAL list of candidates to whom scholarship is to be issued | 12 March 2013 |
| 8 | Disbursement of Scholarship | 25 March 2013 |
