As far as my analysis of UGC-NET supplementary is concerned, I understood that they have removed the qualifying criteria from cutoff marks. They have considered the candidates who topped in each of their subject and ones community.
We have to know about this criteria.

one of the person gave the RTI information about the cutoff marks for OC category in each of the subject. But i think that is not useful.
It would be better to the information regarding the percentage of candidates considered under each category in each subject, under RTI, so that we can guess whether one may be qualified or not.
